LIVIN – an upbeat, funky rock /  jam band you can dance to! We love to get you moving, keep you moving and having fun! There’s nothing like making soulful, funky and innovative music with a groove, and we love to play songs about the pulse, spirit and celebration of life and human interaction and connection.

Our intention is to improve the quality of life on Earth by sharing our talents for creating and performing music.  Thank you for the opportunity to play for you!

Our style is best described as upbeat jam rock with extra funk, a little blues, and some classic rock, alternative and a lot of improvisation mixed in. We have been billed as “Rock and Soul for your Heart.” A fan tells us our lead singer Teddy Ames sounds like the love child of Sly Stone, Mick Jagger and Eddie Vedder!

Teddy and Dave Stann (Guitar) formed LIVIN while on European Tour with The Rolling Bones, the infamous NY based Rolling Stones Tribute band. On drums is the incredibly funky Werner Wilding, best known for his big band work. Top session player Chuck Bernklau completes our lineup on Bass.
